We act in a location between your accountant and legal counsel. We provide updated information on laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations for Hawaii business. We are the in-betweener, where you do not have to call government to find out about laws.
We do not provide legal advise, but rather legal information on laws. Further, we provide the information in an easy to understand manner through bulletins posted on our Members Only section of our website, where an access code is required.
We publish The LISH Report quarterly to keep Hawaii's business firms updated on new laws as well as important laws.
Membership is $175 per year per firm. No meetings, just information. If you don't find what you want, we will research it, so long as it relates to Hawaii Laws, Ordinances, Administrative Rules, and/or Regulations. We have been involved in the making of Hawaii Laws for 40 years.
